Content Plan Overview

The Content Plan module is designed to help you organize, generate, and manage your content strategy efficiently. This module integrates with our AI Content Wizard to automatically generate article topics, assign them to specific categories, and schedule publication dates based on your configured frequency and plan period.

• Automated Topic Generation:
  Generate unique and engaging article topics with the help of advanced AI models. The system supports multiple models (such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Anthropic’s Claude) and selects the appropriate API key based on the chosen model.
• Category-Based Customization:
  Select one or more categories and define the desired frequency of posts for each. Customize additional settings per category, such as the default post status, author assignment, and special requests to fine-tune the content themes.
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Configure the plan period (from 1 to 365 days) and set up automatic plan extension to ensure a continuous flow of content. The module calculates the publication intervals based on your settings, ensuring your audience always has fresh content.
• Language & Regional Settings:
  Choose the language in which the content should be generated. This ensures that the generated articles are tailored to your target audience’s language and cultural context.
• Integration with Content Generation:
  The module ties directly into the AI-driven article generation process. It schedules topics to be generated and published, tracking the status of each planned article (Waiting, Generated, Published, or Missed).
• User-Friendly Interface:
  The interface is organized into several tabs—Overview, Categories, and Generation—allowing you to manage and monitor your content plan easily. A summary panel provides real-time statistics, including the total number of planned articles and the interval between publications.

How It Works #

1. Initial Setup:
   Begin by selecting your desired categories, setting the frequency (posts per week) for each, and configuring general settings such as the language and plan period.
2. Topic Generation:
   Based on your settings, the AI Content Wizard generates topics for each category. The system ensures that topics are evenly distributed over the selected plan period.
3. Scheduling & Monitoring:
   The module schedules publication times for each topic and displays a detailed overview including the next scheduled article, current status (Running/Stopped), and a digital clock for time tracking.
4. Integration & Flexibility:
   In addition to automated generation, the system allows manual adjustments. You can update topics, edit scheduling, and even import or export content plans as needed.
